It is perfectly built for places like cafés, canteens, food trucks or fast-food restaurant. The fully thermostatic controls allow for precise cooking temperature along the cooking surface, and each control separate heat zones allow varied products to be cooked at the same time. Ideal for cooking up burgers, pancakes, eggs, bacon, grill cheese and other delicious dishes.

NEWWAY heavy duty gas griddles are available from 300mm to 1200mm. As a centerpiece of any commercial kitchen, this griddle is constructed with solid and seamless weld body, features a 16mm thick mild steel plate ensuring heat is always very evenly distributed throughout the cooking surface. Chrome plating finish available as an extra option.

The NEWWAY gas cooktop has been designed to meet every standard the busy kitchen demands. Adding a griddle to the cooktop allows an even greater degree of flexibility. Griddles are controlled by individual burner and available in 300, 600 and 900mm sections which offers excellent heat retention and distribution.
