The Counter-top Gas Char-rock Broiler come equipped with precision engineered manually controlled valves. All radiant grill grids are designed to be reversible. Angled sidewalls and bottom plate reflect heat into cooking zone for better and more accurate heat distribution. Specially designed channels in the grids allow for excess cooking residue to travel easily into the grease pan. Each unit is shipped with a supply of lava rocks, it builds “visual excitement” with more flames and smoke, adds back flavor with sizzle of drippings from meats.
